One face, two halves, a hundred years apart. On the left Einstein is black and white: wild hair, one wide round eye and a moustache built from small dots and strokes, with white chalk equations behind him. On the right the same head turns loud, with gold skin, thick red, blue and orange paint in the hair, black sunglasses, a green moustache and a pink tongue stuck out. This is my Einstein pop art for people who like a portrait that argues with itself.
Both faces of this Einstein pop art are cut into strips that slide apart, and the formulas on the right melt into rainbow colours and symbols that read like luxury monograms. Some of the text on the canvas is mirrored, so you need a mirror in hand to read it.
This is a hand-finished lithograph, one of my pop art prints. I paint my own acrylic brushstrokes over the print and add a textured gel that goes on white and dries completely clear, so the hair and sunglasses have real relief. It is stretched on a stretcher bar, comes in a black frame and measures 60×80 cm. Each lithograph has its own serial number and a certificate, and it is made to order. It suits a study, an office or a living room.
The photos on the site show the original painting, not the lithograph. To order, message me on Instagram or by email. The canvas behind it is the original painting.
Every artwork is made to order — we confirm availability, production time and delivery before payment.
