In short
- This website belongs to PRAKORIN, an independent artist. There is no company behind it, and your data is never sold.
- Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Meta, Pinterest) run only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
- When you order or ask a question, we use your details only to reply, make and deliver your artwork, and keep the records the law requires.
- You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time: prakorin@gmail.com.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is PRAKORIN, the independent artist who runs prakorin.com (“PRAKORIN”, “we”, “us”). PRAKORIN is the artist’s professional name; the website is not operated by a company.
For any privacy question or request, write to prakorin@gmail.com. We answer every request ourselves, usually within a few days and at the latest within one month.
2. What data we collect and why

We do not ask for sensitive data, we do not build profiles that have legal or similar effects on you, and we make no automated decisions about you.
3. Cookies
Cookies are small files your browser stores for a website. We use only a few, and everything that is not strictly necessary stays off until you agree. Until then Google Analytics may receive only anonymous, cookieless signals (for example, that a page was viewed) that do not identify you or your device (Google Consent Mode).

Changing your mind. Click Cookie settings (also at the bottom of every page) to accept or reject cookies again. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
4. Who receives your data
We share data only with the services that we need to run the website and fulfil orders. They process it on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own privacy policies:
- Website hosting in the European Union: stores the website and its technical logs.
- Cloudflare, Inc.: content delivery and security.
- Google (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC): Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (only with consent), Gmail for our email, and Google Hosted Libraries, which deliver part of the website’s code.
- jsDelivr: delivers part of the website’s code.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.: Meta Pixel (only with consent), and Instagram when you message us there.
- Pinterest Europe Ltd.: Pinterest Tag (only with consent).
- Payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal, whichever we agree with you for your payment.
- Postal and courier services: your name, address and phone number, so they can deliver your artwork.
- Authorities and advisers: tax authorities, accountants or courts, only where the law requires it.
We never sell your personal data or give it to anyone for their own marketing.
5. Transfers outside Europe
Some of these providers (for example Google, Meta, Pinterest, Cloudflare, Stripe and PayPal) may process data in the United States or other countries outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep data
- Messages and enquiries that do not lead to an order: up to 2 years after our last conversation, then deleted.
- Order and payment records: as long as tax and accounting laws require, usually 5 to 10 years.
- Technical logs: only as long as needed for security, normally a few weeks.
- Analytics data in Google Analytics: 14 months, then deleted automatically.

7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete your data (“right to be forgotten”), unless we must keep it by law;
- restrict or object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, for example via Cookie settings. This does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.
To use any of these rights, simply write to prakorin@gmail.com. It is free. If you think we handle your data unlawfully, you can also complain to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live or work.
8. Visitors from the United States
We do not sell personal information. Advertising cookies (Meta, Pinterest) run only if you accept them, and you can switch them off at any time via Cookie settings. You may ask us what personal information we hold about you and ask us to delete it by writing to prakorin@gmail.com. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
9. Children
This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to our accounts and the website is restricted and protected, and payments are handled entirely by certified payment providers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your data.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website or the law changes. The date at the top always shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will make it clearly visible on the website.
