One eye looks straight out from a face that is mostly hidden. A hand with a long pink nail crosses the nose and mouth, another hand reaches in from the corner, and the skin around them splits into yellow, turquoise, orange, magenta and black. At the bottom the image slips into horizontal bands, with black bars and tiny pixel squares laid over it. The work is about being watched and watching back. I made this glitch wall art for anyone who likes a portrait that stares first.
This pop art lithograph is finished by hand. I add my own acrylic brushstrokes on top, then a textured gel that goes on white and dries completely clear, so the surface has real relief that catches the light. Most pop art prints are flat, but every hand-finished lithograph here has its own brushwork. It is stretched, framed in black and measures 60x80 cm. Each one has its own serial number and a certificate, and every lithograph is made to order.
As glitch wall art, a face this direct works well as art for office walls, a hallway or a studio desk wall. To order, message me on Instagram or by email.
The original painting is sold, but I can paint a new one to order in any size.
Every artwork is made to order — we confirm availability, production time and delivery before payment.
