«Infiniti»

Her gaze is calm, but her face is not. It breaks into strips, black bars sit on her forehead, and a red rose covers one eye. Below it, her chest and arms are full of tattoos, from skulls to a cross with angels, with a line of handwritten words above it. I made this figurative pop art portrait about a person who carries her whole story on her skin.

Gold drips run down through her hair, and small coloured blocks float on the black background. The mess is part of the point.

The lithograph is hand-finished: I add my own acrylic brushstrokes on top, so the surface has real texture instead of flat ink. I also add a gel that goes on white and dries completely clear. It is 60x80 cm, stretched and framed in black. Each lithograph has its own serial number and a certificate, and it is made to order. If you like pop art prints with a darker mood, this pop art lithograph suits a living room wall or a bar just as well.

The original painting is still available, so if you want the canvas itself, message me on Instagram or by email.
