A young woman sits against a field of green binary code, her dark bob streaked with blue. It is a pop art portrait of a woman with a screen glitch running through it. She wears a red dress, gold chains and a handful of gold coins, and she holds a black smartphone in her other hand. Black bars cover her eyes, so she looks half person, half screen.
For me the picture is about how people turn into data. Everything she owns is sharp and shiny, while the face is the part that glitches. A strip of her face slides away like a frozen video.
This is a hand-finished lithograph with my own acrylic brushstrokes on top. I add a textured gel that goes on white and dries completely clear, so the surface has real relief you can see from the side. It comes stretched and framed in black, 60x80 cm. Each lithograph has its own serial number and a certificate, and each one is made to order. Unlike flat pop art prints, no two of them have exactly the same surface.
To order, message me on Instagram or by email. It is a good fit as statement wall art.
The original painting is sold, but I can paint a new one to order in any size.
Every artwork is made to order — we confirm availability, production time and delivery before payment.
