FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

All our orders are shipped out with postal items. They make it possible for me to ship my artwork worldwide and still keep high quality artworks. My art studio is based in Belarus and Poland.

HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPPING TAKE?

Most orders are processed in 1-3 business days and shipped within 5-10 business days.

If you ordered to a P.O. BOX and can’t receive the package, you need to contact us at prakorin@gmail.com We can always send it to your family or friend instead. When we have the new info we can update the shipping information to the shipping carriers so they can change the receiver/address.

HOW ARE ARTWORKS DELIVERED?

Artworks are shipped framed and delivered “ready to hang” (professionally framed free of charge)
Packed in thick cardboard or wooden boxes, if there is a large order, then only in a wooden box

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will first get a email where we confirm your order is paid and ready to be shipped out. After the first email you will receive an Thank you email and on the third email you will get a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Just double check to make sure it didn’t land in your Junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there by accident. If you did not get any email with a tracking link or there is no tracking updates, please send us an email with the name or email you made the order with to prakorin@gmail.com and we will help you to track your order.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

Register your return via prakorin@gmail.com. After registration you will receive an email containing instructions and address details. You are responsible for postage and shipping/custom costs. Your return package must be well-protected.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All have 14 days to change their mind. The 14 days starts from the day you pick up the product. We will refund the amount back to you within 14 days after your cancellation. The product you wish to return must be returned to us within 14 days after you’re cancellation. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. All costs related to the return (shipping and customs) will happen on your own account. Contact us at prakorin@gmail.com to get the address for shipping back your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We do not accept returns for change of a design.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T COLLECT MY PACKAGE?

In the event that products are returned to us due to customer failing to pick up their package, we charge a €35 euro fee. This covers shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of products.

WHAT IF THE ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check that you got in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you say you haven’t received it, we won’t take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

Local Taxes:
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
